Jeff Lindor is a Haitian-American entrepreneur, urban policy expert, and Founder & CEO of the Gentlemen's Factory Inc. — a nationally recognized membership community, co-working space, think tank, and incubator connecting Black and Brown men across more than 20 U.S. states and 7 countries.

Born and raised in Brooklyn, New York, Jeff is the son of Haitian immigrants who arrived in America with nothing but ambition and faith. Growing up in a household where sacrifice was the norm and community was survival, Jeff learned early that institutions — the places where people gather, organize, and grow — are the backbone of any meaningful change.

Jeff's career began in healthcare communications, where he helped lead the New York City rollout of the Affordable Care Act as a Communications Strategist at EmblemHealth. He later served as Senior Policy Advisor at the NYC Department of Correction, working directly with City Hall and the Commissioner on justice reform initiatives at Rikers Island.

In 2014, Jeff founded the Gentlemen's Factory — not because there was a market for it, but because there was a need. What started as a gathering of seven men in Brooklyn has grown into a nationally recognized institution. The organization was featured on the front page of the New York Times in 2018, and has since expanded its reach across the country and internationally.

Today, Jeff is a sought-after keynote speaker who brings his builder's perspective to corporate boardrooms, university convocations, and policy forums nationwide. He has spoken at organizations including York College, Omnicom, Con Edison, and Columbia University. His topics include economic equity, the future of work, community development, criminal justice reform, and the role of institutions in building stronger families and communities.

Jeff serves on four civic boards: NYC Tech Alliance, Kingsborough Community College, Brooklyn Chamber of Commerce, and NYC Housing Authority. He remains a powerful advocate for policy that starts with people — not paper.
